By accessing or using the C2C LLM Factory platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
C2C LLM Factory provides AI-powered content creation tools, including language models, image generation, video generation, workflow automation, and agent building capabilities.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Automated abuse of API endpoints is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
Content you create using our tools belongs to you, subject to our license to operate the Service. The C2C platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our property.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or Stripe portal.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
